Why we exist
When the fine arrives, the platform pays it.
A platform that offers payroll carries the risk. If the tax authority finds a wrong number, the fine and the lost trust land on the platform — not on its provider. And most payroll providers are black boxes: they hand over a number with no way to prove where it came from.
Building your own engine is the other option, and it's rarely worth it when payroll isn't your product: months of work per country, payroll specialists to hire, and every reform to track for as long as you operate. Suites entering a new country, EORs, vertical SaaS and accounting software all hit the same wall.
